Educational Services.
1. Onsite training classes: We bring our certified training classes to you. Our Professional Italian Stucco/Venetian Plaster course can be completed at your job site.
2. Custom classes: Working with the developer or general contractor, we train specific crew members in the basic technique and how to create certain finishes that are specified for upcoming projects.
3. On-The-Job training. Through our project management services, we take ownership of the project to ensure the highest quality result while providing apprenticeship training for your workers. These trained apprentices will allow you more control over the project while lowering costs associated with outside contractors. For future projects, you will have trained workers to hire thus supporting your local community.

Since 2007, California School of Italian Plasters teaches professionals in the specialized technique of Italian Stucco application and wall finishing business operations. Our training experience includes open classes, private class training and consulting. We train painters, faux finishers, lath and plaster professionals and drywall professional as well as those with no wall experience at all. We know that once somebody has competency, lime based plasters are like riding a bike. Hand your crew the buckets and they should be on their way, project after project.
Originally certified as Safra Colors Ltd. trainers in 2006, we now offer 3 manufacture certification courses (Variance Acrylic Finishes, Eco de Vita Japanese plaster and Magna Color imported lime finishes) as well as our own Italian Stucco courses.
Italian Plasterworks is Southern California's premier Italian Stucco/Venetian Plaster application business. Since 2005, we have specialized in hand troweled fine wall finishing including traditional lime finishes (Venetian plaster) and decorative processes. We are an Amourcoat partner and certified by Magna Colors, Variance Acrylic Finishes and Eco de Vita Japanese plasters. With over 50 years of combined professional wall finish experience including wallpapering, faux and custom painting there isn’t any fine wall finish project we can’t master. High end residential work makes up 75% of our business with the remainder 25% in the commercial arena.

In exotic locations, there may be many people qualified to learn and a project is ready to go with training and supervision as the only missing pieces. This is what we provide to our clients.”
